About the role
You will design and deploy automation solutions using Python and RPA frameworks to optimize business processes. ResponsibilitiesIdentify automation opportunities and document software automation requirements.Develop clear and intuitive from-to process maps for automated workflows.Deploy automations enabled by Gen AI technologies.Apply Business Process Re-engineering and Lean methodologies to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.Manage requirements and workflows using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.Required Skills5-10 years of experience in automation development and requirement documentation.Proficiency with Python and UiPath RPA.Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-pilot.Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Palantir, or Workato.Competency in using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and G Suite.Strong ability to create process maps and systemic problem-solving approaches.Background in Business Process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Lean methodologies.Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.Preferred SkillsMasters degree.Knowledge of the Shape Up model.RPA/Automation certification.
