About the role
We are seeking a seasoned QA Specialist to join our team and to manage and drive quality assurance activities for a large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites initiative. The ideal candidate will possess solid leadership skills, deep understanding of AEM, and hands-on experience in building and executing automated test strategies across complex digital platforms. Responsibilities: Lead QA strategy and planning for the AEM redesign project. Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and UX teams to ensure quality is baked into every stage of the SDLC. Define and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks for web and API layers. Build and maintain test suites (functional, regression, integration, performance). Manage defect tracking, triage processes, and drive issue resolution. Ensure testing covers AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with backend systems and 3rd party services. Mentor and lead QA engineers across manual and automation testing streams. Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing QA insights in sprint planning and retrospectives. Establish quality KPIs and deliver test reports to stakeholders. Requirements: 7+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in a QA leadership role. Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (6.5+), including authoring, publishing, workflows, and Multi Site Management. Robust background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit). Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, REST Assured). Proficient in writing automated scripts. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and integrating automation tests. Experience testing responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AEM On Premise (6.5+) or AEM as a Cloud Service. Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
