About Position: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce business analysis and Health Cloud. This role will focus on understanding business needs, defining functional requirements, and enabling impactful Salesforce solutions for healthcare-focused business processes. The ideal candidate should be able to work with stakeholders across business and technology teams while ensuring solution alignment with Health Cloud capabilities and industry expectations. - Role: Salesforce Health Cloud Lead Business Analyst - Location: Pune - Experience: 10 to 18 years - Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives - Lead requirement workshops, process discussions, and solution walkthroughs across business and technical teams - Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, business rules, and functional specifications - Work with architects and developers to design scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities - Support process transformation initiatives involving patient management, care coordination, provider relationships, and healthcare workflows - Review and validate business requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and alignment with business goals - Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT preparation, and post-implementation stabilization - Ensure solutions are aligned with compliance, security, and data privacy expectations applicable to healthcare environments - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through optimized Salesforce processes and automation - Act as a functional liaison between business users and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle Expertise You'll Bring: - 10 to 18 years of relevant experience - Strong experience in Salesforce business analysis with deep understanding of Health Cloud - Valuable .
