About the role
You will be joining a global team at Persistent, an AI-led Digital Engineering and Enterprise Modernization partner, known for its deep technical expertise and industry experience. As a Techno-functional Consultant, your role will involve delivering end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using the SCPO platform. This will include designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-scale planning solutions across various supply chain domains. Key Responsibilities: - Design, lead technical teams, and deliver services related to implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration of Clients SCPO and Cognitive Planning products. - Perform analysis, solution development, technical support, and training for the implemented solutions. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Operating systems (Windows, Unix), databases (Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL, SQL/PL SQL), cloud platforms (Azure or equivalent), microservices architecture. - Implementation experience with Clients SCPO platform. - Knowledge of emerging technologies such as GenAI, AI/ML, Python, and data analytics is preferred. - Over 8 years of experience in software, with leadership experience in multiple full implementation cycles. - Strong programming and problem-solving skills, expertise in PL/SQL, ETL, Python, Perl scripting. - Experience in cloud or on-premises enterprise solution deployment. - Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills. - Domain knowledge of supply chain planning and reporting tools like PowerBI or Cognos.
