Senior Playwright Automation Tester

About Position: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automation engineer experience with playwright, Javascript/Typescript. Role: Senior Playwright Automation Tester Location: All Persistent Location Experience: 5 to 8 years Job Type: Full-Time Employment What Youll Do: Strong experience with Playwright for web automation. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Python experience is a plus). Solid understanding of test automation principles and best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git). Familiarity with API testing and REST/GraphQL validation. Knowledge of test reporting tools (e.g., Allure, Extent Reports). Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and their practical use in test automation, test case generation, and QA productivity Handson experience in testing Javabased Spring Boot microservices, including REST APIs, service integration, and backend validation, is preferred. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Expertise Youll Bring: 4 to 6 years of experience in Automation testing Test automation development: Design and implement automated test scripts using Playwright for functional, regression, and endtoend testing. Framework design: Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Test execution: Run automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Continuous improvement: Identify gaps in test coverage and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. Tool integration: Integrate Playwright tests with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
