About Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Architect to join our team. The SIEM Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SIEM solutions to protect our organizations computer systems and networks from potential cyber threats. This role involves analyzing system vulnerabilities, developing strategies to handle security incidents, and coordinating with the IT department to enhance the companys security infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of network protocols, security architecture, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Role: Support Lead Location: Pune Experience: Between 5 to 8 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do Design, implement, and maintain the SIEM architecture to ensure the security of the organizations IT infrastructure. Collaborate with the security team to identify and respond to security incidents and threats. Conduct regular audits and reviews of the SIEM system to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with security policies and regulations. Provide training and guidance to the security team on the use and management of the SIEM system. Expertise You'll Bring Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools such as Log Rhythm, Splunk, or IBM QRadar. Strong understanding of network architecture, security infrastructure, and security incident response. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex security issues. The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are preferred. Knowledge of cloud security and architecture. Experience with threat intelligence and vulnerability management. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or GDPR. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell. Experience with firewall and intrusion detection systems. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, CIS, or MITRE ATTCK. Understanding of encryption technologies and standards. Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems. Experience with data privacy laws and regulations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Required Experience Between 5 to 8 Years Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
