Regional Analytics Manager

Job Description- Location-Bengaluru Regional Analytics manager -7-10 years of experience. Graduate any This role requires a hands-on Analytics Individual Contributor (IC) responsible for owning the complete analytics lifecycle , including data extraction, transformation, analysis, and delivering insights to business stakeholders. The focus is on execution-driven candidates with strong technical depth and business understanding. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end analytics process : Data extraction from multiple sources Build and manage data pipelines Perform transformations using ETL tools Analyze data using SQL & Python Develop dashboards and reports Present insights to business and leadership Handle ad-hoc business queries Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making Core Technical Skills (Must Have) SQL (Advanced) Strong querying and data analysis Python – Data processing and analytics scripting Data Engineering – Data pipelines and multi-source handling ETL Tools – End-to-end data transformation experience Dashboarding – Creating business-facing reports Cloud Exposure – Any (AWS / Azure / GCP) Analytics & Business Capability Experience in: Product analytics Business analytics Ability to: Solve problem statements end-to-end Generate insights for business impact Support leadership decision-making Candidate Profile Hands-on executor (not purely managerial) Proven experience in implementing analytics solutions end-to-end Strong blend of technical expertise + business understanding Role Structure Individual Contributor (IC) role Team handling exposure preferred Potential to lead a small team in future Industry Requirement Open to all industries Focus on skills over domain experience Ideal Candidate Snapshot A hands-on analytics professional with strong skills in SQL, Python, data engineering, and dashboards , capable of delivering end-to-end analytics solutions and business insights , with exposure to cloud technologies and a product/business mindset.
