Handled Active Directory user administration and access rights. Installed and configured hardware, software, and printers. Monitored server performance and responded to incidents. Applied security patches and maintained antivirus systems. Provided L1support to internal users. Configuration and Installation of M365 and O365. Experience in PST file and OST file Configuration of network printer and Installation of local printers and Troubleshoot the related issues. Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Network Troubleshooting, System Backup and Recovery. IT Support && Ticketing Tools, Patch Management and Security, Virtualization Provided desktop and network support to users. Documented IT procedures and troubleshooting steps Worked on windows server and Linux Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems such as Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, and Debian. Manage server infrastructure including file systems, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, OS, Network, and Applications. Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening to ensure Compliance and Security. Configure and maintain services such as Apache, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and SSH. Implement and manage automation solutions using Bash, Python, Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools. Maintain user accounts, access controls, and directory services. Develop backup plans, disaster recovery, and system failover strategies. Conduct system audits and create detailed technical documentation.
