About the role
Key Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and optimize the SIEM platform (log ingestion, parsing, normalization). Onboard and configure recent log sources (Syslog, API, agent-based ingestion). Monitor SIEM health, EPS, storage, and performance metrics. Tune correlation rules and alerts to reduce false positives and enhance detection accuracy. Troubleshoot log collection issues and ensure continuous log flow from all sources. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and scheduled queries. Ensure secure log transmission and adherence to retention/compliance requirements. Provide support to SOC teams during investigations and incident response.
