Location : Shillong Skill Network L1 Resident Engineer-Job profile Typically monitor and manage RBI IT Infrastructure at RBI locations and central site. Resolving escalated IT Infrastructure related problems in coordination with Central team. Monitor alerts from Antivirus Server. Receive alerts, identify a fault, assign severity, local problem cause and follow troubleshooting procedures. Fault management with service providers: fault registration, trouble ticket initiation, follow up problems till resolution and escalation based on timelines and responses Trained to perform basic troubleshooting for IT Infrastructure issues. Experience: Minimum 2-3 year experience in Network handling/server management/Antivirus Suupport services with CCNA/RedHat or equivalent Certification Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (CSE, ECE/IT)/MCA/MSc (CS) with Science Background.
