Partner closely with Product Managers to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and turn complex problems into practical, high-quality solutions
Lead architecture and design discussions, setting the bar for how systems are designed and decisions are documented
Spend time with engineers across teams in mentoring, unblocking, and sharing patterns that improve how work gets done
Champion reliability and operational excellence by guiding teams on observability, system performance, and learning from incidents
Bring a strong engineering voice into broader conversations, influencing not just how things are built, but what we build and why
Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Architecture to connect technical decisions to real customer and business outcomes
