As an AI Digital Assistant Product Engineer at Pfizer Intelligent Assistance Solutions (IAS) Team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and interactive Digital Assistant products using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies to create solutions that positively impact patients' lives. Role Overview: You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, innovate, and scale Digital Assistant products like Chatbots, Voice Assistants, Call Center Virtual Agents, and Avatar Digital Humans. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver solution architecture and technical design for Digital Assistant products - Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various business functions - Lead and monitor program progress to ensure effective delivery of solutions - Integrate with different technical teams to drive implementation and delivery - Develop reusable components and micro-services for streamlined delivery efforts - Provide technical leadership and oversight to a team of contractors - Collaborate with key stakeholders across Pfizer Digital and Strategic Partners Qualifications Required: - Masters in engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science - 8+ years of experience in developing enterprise software solutions - 5+ years of experience in Conversational AI/GenAI based Digital Assistant solutions - 5+ years of technical oversight experience with software development teams - Proficiency in NLP/NLU, Conversational AI, and Generative AI concepts - Hands-on experience with industry-leading Conversational AI platforms - Familiarity with agile software development life cycle methodology - Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation.
