We're Hiring: SAP Defence & Security (DFPS) Consultant Location: India (Onsite/Hybrid) Experience: 58+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about delivering SAP solutions for the Defence, Armed Forces, Homeland Security, and Public Safety sectors We are looking for an experienced SAP Defence & Security (DFPS) Consultant to join our growing SAP practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale SAP S/4HANA Defence transformation programs, implementing mission-critical solutions for defence organizations. Key Responsibilities Design and configure SAP DFPS solutions across: Defence Organizational Flexibility (OrgFlex)Personnel ManagementForce & Equipment DeploymentDefence LogisticsDefence Maintenance Implement and integrate SAP DFPS with: SAP MMPM/EAMSDPPFI/COHCM/SuccessFactorsEWMTMSAP BTP (where applicable) Configure defence-specific business processes including: Force Element HierarchyMilitary Personnel ManagementDefence Logistics & InventoryEquipment Lifecycle ManagementOperational Readiness & MaintenanceDeployment & Sustainment Planning Lead client workshops, prepare functional specifications, support SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities. Required Skills 58+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP DFPS implementations Strong expertise in at least two of: Defence Organizational Flexibility (OrgFlex)Defence LogisticsDefence Maintenance Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, PM/EAM, SD, PP, FI/CO, HCM Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Good understanding of military operations, force structures, defence supply chain, NSN, maintenance echelons, and operational readiness concepts.
