Role Overview: As a Freelance Python Team Lead & Developer based in Hyderabad, you will be joining a service-based IT firm in a unique "Player-Coach" role. Your primary focus will be on balancing high-level individual coding with the leadership of a junior intern team. This is a long-term freelance engagement where you will play a crucial role in both coding and guiding the team. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of interns by delegating tasks, providing technical guidance, and conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure high-quality output. - Individual Contribution: Act as the lead developer for complex backend modules, API architecture, and system integrations using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI. - Delivery Management: Ensure that the intern team meets project milestones and follows clean coding standards, particularly PEP 8 guidelines.
