The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in data science, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making processes and delivering impactful insights to support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making. Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems. Work with structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, patterns, and relationships. Data Management: Clean, pre process, and transform data for analysis. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports. Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide tailored solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and presentations. Actively participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and related technologies. Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques to enhance analytics capabilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
