Founding Product Designer

As a Founding Product Designer at Klarixa AI, you will be part of a team that is building the intelligence layer for life sciences quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered agentic enterprise workflows - Translate complex regulatory and operational processes into simple, intuitive interfaces - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools - Define and maintain a consistent design system across products - Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers to ensure design feasibility - Work on UX for AI-native features including agents, RAG workflows, and intelligent automation - Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on real feedback - Take ownership of design decisions from concept to production Qualifications Required: - 14 years of UI/UX/Product design experience for web or mobile products - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, not just visual design - Experience in designing complete Agentic systems, not just a LLM wrapper on existing SaaS product - Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, and user psychology - Ability to design clean, modern, and scalable UI with strong attention to detail - Strong proficiency in Figma with hands-on experience in components, auto-layout, and prototyping - Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive and user-friendly experiences - Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions - Ability to work closely with engineers and product teams, ensuring smooth design-to-development handoff - Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration - Strong product thinking with the ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive user experiences At Klarixa AI, you will have the opportunity to work with a lean pod structure, collaborate directly with the founding team, and contribute to a product that aims to be in the top 1% of companies in the world.
