Project Engineer (Interior Fitout) We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate interior fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage various aspects of construction projects. Job Responsibilities 1. Manage Site Inspections & Monitor Construction Progress Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction progresses as planned. Monitor work quality and ensure it meets required standards. Identify and address any deviations from project specifications. 2. Coordinate with Contractors, Architects & Local Agencies Work closely with contractors, architects, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Address and resolve technical issues during construction. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. 3. Verify Measurements & Develop Work Schedules Review and verify measurements with contractors to ensure accuracy. Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules. Ensure timely completion of project milestones. 4. Material & Manpower Management Plan and manage material procurement and utilization. Oversee manpower allocation and productivity at the site. Ensure optimal resource utilization within project budgets. Key Skills & Qualifications Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering. 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. Strong hands-on experience in corporate interior execution. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with client representatives and stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office.
