About the role
As a Global Supplier Quality Engineer at our company, your role involves evaluating potential new suppliers through technical capability assessments to ensure they meet our rigorous standards and can deliver high-quality components. You will be responsible for executing various quality tools and processes such as DFMAT, SAF, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PV&V, FAI, LRA, and SICR. Additionally, you will monitor and control APQP processes during NPI projects to maintain consistent quality and adherence to project timelines. Your contribution to the Supplier Project Book by documenting detailed quality requirements and expectations will ensure clear communication and compliance with suppliers. Facilitating Design for Excellence (DfX) collaboration and ensuring Critical to Quality (CtQ) characteristics are maintained throughout the production process are also key responsibilities. Moreover, you will support supplier improvement and development on APQP, review Supplier Agreements, and coordinate Supplier Corrective Action Requests to address quality issues effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Engineering Science, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Preferred Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering Preferred Experience: - 4 years of experience Preferred Skills: - Supplier Quality Management - Quality Management Procedures and Methodologies - Supplier Evaluation Methodologies - Data Analysis & Interpretation - DfX Methodology - Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Quality Specifications - CAPA Methodologies - Statistical Process Control (SPC) - Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) - Process Validation and Verification (PV&V) - First Article Inspections - Documentation & Reporting - Continuous Improvement In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic organization within a multinational and multicultural environment.
