IT Platform Analyst

You will be working as an IT Platform Analyst, providing consultative advice within specific functional areas, analyzing and addressing complex IT challenges independently. Your role involves evaluating and redesigning business processes, proposing process re-engineering and IT solutions aligned with organizational goals. You will implement IT solutions and AI-driven capabilities, ensuring thorough testing, comprehensive training, and managing SLAs for reliable service delivery. Additionally, you will lead the design of solutions meeting intricate business requirements and participate in scrum teams to contribute to end-to-end technology solutions. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with DevOps teams to manage operational activities efficiently, building and maintaining active networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing clear direction to scrum teams. You will identify and establish monitoring for critical business processes and work under limited supervision with independent judgment to drive project success and compliance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Solution Design, DevOps Practices, and IT Platforms Performance Optimization. - Experience in designing and delivering scalable digital platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Specialization or advanced learning in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Architecture. - Experience in leading enterprise-scale full stack application development, AI integration, Agile product teams, and global delivery models. - Experience in Salesforce / CRM / CLM / Digital platform ecosystems is a plus.
