About the role
As a People Intelligence - Analytics Consultant, you will be a vital part of the global People Intelligence team within the People Analytics sub team, reporting to the People Analytics Lead. The People Intelligence group focuses on gathering both internal and external people insights, utilizing advanced analytics, experience listening, reporting, dashboards, function optimization analytics, compliance, and data privacy. Your role involves blending external talent data with internal context to refine talent strategies through advanced analytics projects, contributing to data-driven decision-making across businesses by utilizing a mix of internal data, economic trends, workforce statistics, recruitment insights, and competitor intelligence. Your work on international projects will provide significant value to stakeholders within the people organizations and business teams, offering actionable insights for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or contribute to research initiatives as a project lead, ensuring successful execution - Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research on human-capital-related subjects - Analyze research data to provide clear and actionable recommendations - Demonstrate expertise in labor market dynamics and trends - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing insights from talent intelligence, labor market analysis, competitive intelligence, and internal data - Integrate external data into internal data systems to enhance insights - Engage in independent solution-building projects Qualifications Required: - Degree in business, economics, finance, human resources, HR technology, digital transformation, data analysis and reporting, or related field - 5-7 years of experience in talent intelligence or people analytics - Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with data visualization platforms like Qlik or PowerBI is advantageous - Knowledge of talent intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Draup is a plus - Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and concisely - Fluency in English to engage with stakeholders globally The company, Philips, is a health technology organization with a mission to ensure quality healthcare access for all individuals.
