Job Title Product Marketing Fixed DXR Job Description The Product Marketing Manager 70 is responsible for driving commercial strategy and executing comprehensive go-to-market frameworks for portfolio marketing across Businesses and Markets. The role defines target customers, segments, and decision journeys, translating market and competitive insights into actionable GTM and marketing plans. Operating under limited supervision in a complex matrix environment, this role leads campaign development, orchestrates omni-channel engagement, and drives funnel velocity to generate new business opportunities. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role supports sales enablement and customer engagement, ensuring seamless alignment of product value with market needs and measurable commercial outcomes. Your role: Commercial Strategy & Insights Drives commercial strategy by aligning portfolio positioning with market opportunity and growth objectives. Researches and synthesizes customer, market, and competitor insights to inform targeting, messaging, and engagement strategies. Defines target customers, personas, and decision journeys to guide marketing activation and sales enablement. Go-to-Market & Marketing Planning Owns go-to-market strategy and launch plans, including budget allocation, ROI measurement, channel mix, and activation calendar. Partners cross-functionally to ensure GTM alignment with product roadmaps, portfolio priorities, and business objectives. Delivers the annual integrated marketing plan, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment across businesses and markets. Campaign Development & Execution Leads campaign development in partnership with MarCom, establishing clear success metrics (PTS, ROI, funnel velocity). Designs omni-channel engagement strategies and content roadmaps aligned to the customer decision journey. Develops customizable asset toolkits for regional activation, ensuring consistent portfolio messaging and positioning. Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement Acts as subject matter expert on product and market to support regional marketing and sales teams. Designs and delivers enablement programs, including training, role-plays, storylines, and customer-facing materials. Facilitates customer and KOL discussions, capturing feedback to refine positioning and accelerate adoption. Performance Measurement & Optimization Measures post-launch performance using success metrics and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization. Designs and manages data strategies to enhance visibility of customer engagement, channel performance, and conversion. Continuously iterates campaigns, content, and enablement strategies to improve commercial impact. Minimum Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor s OR minimum 5 years of experience with Master s in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Product Management, or related fields. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company s facilities.
