Job Title Production Engineering Internship Job Description Job title: We are seeking a Production Engineering Intern to join our team. The Production Engineering Intern will work alongside experienced engineers to support our production operations and contribute to ongoing improvement projects. Conduct process optimization experiments to improve quality, efficiency, and yield. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support cost reduction projects. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare financial reports and presentations on project progress and results. Adhere to company safety standards and promote a culture of safety. You're the right fit if: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, D3 or D4 in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Robotic or Information Engineering Eager to learn of Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in manufacturing and production environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Effective written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
