Job title: Senior Software Technologist - Devopsu00A0 Your role: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern version control and automation platforms (e.g., GitHub or similar). u00A0 Build and operate cloud-native platforms using container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and managed cloud services. u00A0 Enable development and test teams through self-service tools, standardized workflows, and platform capabilities that improve velocity and quality. u00A0 Define and implement reusable CI/CD and infrastructure patterns across teams. u00A0 Integrate security controls into pipelines (e.g., code scanning, dependency management, secrets handling) and enforce secure delivery practices. u00A0 Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including required controls and documentation.u00A0 u00A0 Troubleshoot production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to improve reliability.u00A0 u00A0 Drive measurable improvements in deployment frequency, lead time, and system availability through automation and optimization. u00A0 Implement and maintain observability practices including monitoring, alerting, and logging.u00A0 u00A0 Lead cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, and guide adoption of DevOps best practices. u00A0 Participate in on-call support for 24x7 production systems and global deployments.u00A0 u00A0 Be prepared to discuss specific implementations, trade-offs, and production challenges personally led or resolved. u00A0 You're the right fit if: 8+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps , Site Reliability, or cloud engineering supporting production SaaS systemsu00A0 u00A0 Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or equivalent) and distributed, containerized systemsu00A0 u00A0 Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using modern automation platforms (e.g., GitHub and GitHub Actions or similar)u00A0 u00A0 Experience implementing cloud security best practices, including secrets management and pipeline securityu00A0 u00A0 Proficiency in automation and scripting for infrastructure and operational workflowsu00A0 u00A0 Exposure to AI-assisted engineering and modern development workflowsu00A0 u00A0 Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., SAFe or similar frameworks)u00A0 u00A0 Strong troubleshooting skills across complex production systemsu00A0 u00A0 Business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to product and operational goalsu00A0 u00A0 Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare or similar) is a plus u00A0 Understanding of cloud economics and cost optimization strategiesu00A0 u00A0 Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive technical standard u00A0 How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
