Job Description Minimum required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology OR Vocational Education in Information Technology or equivalent. Job title: Software Technologist - Testing Your role: u2022 Participates in full software development processes, working with broader autonomy and in pairing mode with other software team members, challenging requirements, design, and quality. u2022 Serves as a recognized technical expert in specific areas within the team, leading the creation of software designs and providing guidance on best practices. u2022 Takes on moderately complex software development tasks, collaborating with senior team members to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements. u2022 Develops and executes comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and system tests, to ensure software reliability, performance, and adherence to specifications. u2022 Conducts thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, identify potential bugs, and promote best practices in software development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality code. u2022 Supports DevOps in deploying software, setting, monitoring, and ensuring own performance metrics are met, while also defining, monitoring, and meeting broader performance and quality metrics. u2022 Diagnoses and resolves software defects by analyzing logs, reproducing issues, and implementing effective fixes to enhance software reliability and performance. u2022 Creates and maintains comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support. u2022 Keeps abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development to continuously improve skill sets and apply innovative solutions. u2022 Applies analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures/practices to determine appropriate action. You're the right fit if: Test Experience:u00A0 u00A05+ years in software quality assurance using Java & selenium Test Automation Tools & Frameworks: u00A0Experience with Playwright with BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Reqnroll. CI/CD Integration:u00A0 Experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines usingu00A0 Azure DevOps u00A0oru00A0 GitHub Actions . Docker & Kubernetes:u00A0 Understanding of deployment configurations using Docker and Kubernetes. Test Case Design and Documentation: u00A0Proven ability to create test cases from requirements/user stories for complex (clinical) workflows How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companyu2019s facilities.
