Job Description Job Title: WPF Modernization Architectu00A0 Your Role: Own architecture and hands-on development of theu00A0 WPF toolkit u00A0(controls, styles/templates, theming/tokens, patterns, documentation, samples). u00A0 Driveu00A0 simplicity, maintainability, performance, and accessibility ,u00A0 operating u00A0within au00A0 QMS u00A0environment. u00A0 Drive AI-assisted development and migration strategies : leverage agentic workflows, code generation tools, and automation to accelerate adoption of the design system across products. Act as backlog owner: gather requirements from Philips businesses, define epics/stories and acceptance criteria,u00A0 estimate ,u00A0 prioritize , and plan releases. u00A0 Define toolkit roadmap,u00A0 versioning and release strategy , deprecation/migration guidance, andu00A0 adoption u00A0documentation. u00A0 Establish engineering standards: code reviews,u00A0 static/dynamic analysis , automated testing strategy, CI/CD quality gates, and release readiness. u00A0 Lead customer-facing enablement: run onboarding sessions, office hours,u00A0 trainings , and create guidance that helps teams successfully adopt the library. u00A0 Partner with designers for strongu00A0 design-to-code fidelity u00A0and align with web/mobile counterparts tou00A0 maintain u00A0cross-platform consistency. u00A0 Broader experience withu00A0 web and/or mobile u00A0development to support mentoring and cross-platform alignment. u00A0 Experience scaling design systems (documentation, governance, adoption). Familiarity with Figma-based workflows is a plus. u00A0 Domain familiarity with enterprise/healthcare software standards likeu00A0 FHIR, DICOM, HL7 u00A0are a plus. u00A0 Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, etc, or similar) or building agentic workflows to accelerate engineering productivity. Interest in applying automation and AI to scale frontend migrations and design system adoption. You're the right fit if: u00A0 You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with 15 + years u00A0of experience in software engineering. u200BStrong expertise in . NET/WPF and UI architecture , with a broad understanding of modern frontend technologies and patterns. Expert-level software design/implementation skills able to make and defend architectural choices and tradeoffs. u00A0 Strongu00A0 stakeholder management u00A0skills: comfortable working with multiple business units as u201Ccustomers,u201D aligning priorities, and driving adoption. u00A0 Able to translate customer needs into a prioritized backlog and deliver predictable, high-quality releases. u00A0 Proficiency u00A0withu00A0 static and dynamic code analysis tools u00A0and high engineering-quality standards.
