Network Lead

The Network Lead at PHINIA is a key figure in overseeing and enhancing our network infrastructure, crucial for sustaining our technological and business processes. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and relevant network certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, wireless technology, network security, and cloud services. Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in leading and developing a technical team, with strong interpersonal and management skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align network strategies with business goals and adapt to evolving technological and business landscapes. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting network issues.
