Business Analyst

Job Description : Ability to understand, analyzes, evaluates and document business systems, and user needs Should be able to independently execute business analyst projects and generate report specifications Hands on experience of analysis, design, supporting workflows, detailing operational procedures and documenting business processes Interact with clients to understand their business requirements Document the business requirements, functional specification document Work closely with development teams to transfer the business knowledge & provide guidance from functional perspective Conduct/ support functional testing to ensure proper implementation of the requirements Provide application (functional) training to end users and technology teams Proficient in programming using Visual Basic, VBA, .NET, SQL Server Experience in Supply Chain Management and Financial Services Strong analytical problem solving skills coupled with attention to detail Able to handle multiples projects simultaneously Self motivated & capable of managing stringent deadlines Customer and quality focused
