About the role
As an IT Support Specialist, your role will involve providing end-user support and independently resolving complex system issues across Macbook, Windows, and Linux platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT infrastructure while ensuring SLA compliance. Additionally, you will participate in capacity planning, root cause analysis, and provide 24x7 on-call support. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-user support and resolve complex system issues independently - Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure across Macbook, Windows, and Linux platforms - Perform change controls, update documentation, and ensure SLA compliance - Participate in capacity planning, root cause analysis, and 24x7 on-call support Qualifications Required: - Experience in Linux Administration, Windows Administration, VPN, and Mac - 2.00-5.00 Years of relevant experience In this role, you will also manage user accounts and system access using Active Directory and related tools. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues, conducting performance analysis, and proactive troubleshooting of systems and services will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be supporting wireless technologies, backup, and recovery processes.
