Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge or interest in photonics, fiber optics, and optical communication principles. - Understanding of interferometry, optical sensors, and precision measurement systems. - Experience or knowledge in optical simulation tools such as Lumerical, COMSOL, MATLAB, Python, or similar software. - Basic knowledge of Fiber Optic Gyroscope technology will be beneficial. - Hands-on experience with optical testing equipment preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, simulation, and learning mindset.
