Data Security Lead | Offshore

We are looking for a passionate, action-oriented, and communicative senior data security professional with exceptional problem-solving skills, drive, and self-motivation to join the Data Security team, reporting to the Global Head of Security at Alter Domus. The incumbent will work alongside a geographically diverse team of security professionals focusing on setting up our Data Security Posture Management program and DLP controls. A Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) analyst secures an organization's sensitive information across its entire digital ecosystem. This role combines proactive risk assessment (DSPM) with real-time enforcement (DLP) to protect data whether it is stored, in use, or in transit. The Senior Security professional works to discover, classify, and monitor sensitive data across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
