About the role
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust APIs and microservices that power modern applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and persistence
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
Implement unit and integration tests
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Spring Data JPA
Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns
Understanding of security frameworks (Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Spring Cloud (Eureka, Config Server, Gateway)

Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
