About the role
Owns end-to-end delivery of the organization's delivery platform — CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and release patterns — across all engineering teams. Sets the technical direction and standards, but is measured on shipped outcomes: pipeline uptime, release velocity, and security posture. Works onsite with senior stakeholders (security, infra, product engineering leads), runs the offshore developer team day-to-day, and stays hands-on to unblock delivery when it's at risk.
