Job Description: Specialist Software full-stack Engineer (.Net core 8+)

Position Overview:

We are seeking Senior Software full-stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in .Net core 8+ & MongoDB & React

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .Net core 8+

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with React

Core Skills Required:

Strong Proficiency:

• C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+

• NoSQL database MongoDB

• React front-end development

• ASP.NET Core (Web API & Microservices development)

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) & SOLID principles

• Test-driven development (TDD)

• Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD)

• RESTful API design and development

• Entity Framework Core (EF Core)

• Asynchronous programming (async/await, Task-based patterns)

• Exception handling, logging, and debugging

• Secure coding practices

• Any Relational Databases (Postgres, MSSQL server etc) (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)

• Source control frameworks and CICD pipelines

• Queues and Events driven programming.

• Authentication & Authorization: JWT, OAuth 2.0

• Experience with Message-Oriented Middleware preferably RabbitMQ

Hands-on Experience:

• Building and maintaining scalable, high-performance APIs with .Net core 8+

• Integrating applications with NoSQL databases like MongoDB

• Developing microservices with Net core/.Net 8+.

• Experience in Entity Framework Core (EF Core)

• Asynchronous programming (async/await, Task-based patterns)

• Authentication & Authorization: JWT, OAuth 2.0

• Any Relational Databases(Postgres, MSSQL server etc)

• Writing clean, reusable, and testable code

• Unit testing using xUnit / NUnit / MSTest

• Source control using Git (Azure DevOps / GitHub / Bitbucket)

• Logging frameworks (Serilog / NLog)

• Application deployment and troubleshooting

• Integrating third-party APIs and services.

• Publisher-Consumer services using RabbitMQ

• Building full-stack applications with React

Working Knowledge:

• CI/CD/GitOps pipelines

• Agile / Scrum development methodologies

• Caching mechanisms (Redis / in-memory caching)

• API documentation tools (Swagger / OpenAPI)

• GitHub Copilot

Good to Have:

• Docker and Kubernetes

• Helm Charts

• Experience mentoring junior developers

• Experience in Mass Transit Framework

• Experience in Observability(ELK Stack)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack .NET Core, MongoDB, React applications

Build and consume secure, scalable REST APIs

Design & build front-ends using React

Build fast response applications using noSQL databases like MongoDB

Participate in architecture and design discussions

Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI, DevOps, QA, Product Owners)

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

Follow Agile processes and contribute to sprint planning and estimations

Create and maintain technical documentation

Support application deployments and production releases
