About the role
Job Description: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Digital Exchange Platform, an internal developer platform that is central to Fidelity's digital transformation efforts. You will work on both the front-end and back-end, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for our users. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity and effectiveness of our development teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance features of the Digital Exchange Platform using Angular, Node.js, and Document DB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement current features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the platform. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Must-have Skills and Qualifications: Solid proficiency in Angular for front-end development. Extensive experience with Node.js for back-end development. Hands-on experience with Document DB or similar NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of full-stack development principles and best practices. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Good-to-have Skills: Experience with React.js. Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries. Understanding of cloud environments and services. Experience working on internal developer platforms or similar tools. .
