Experience in L1 and L2 production support and ticketing process. Must have Strong understanding of Linux. Good to have knowledge of Windows and PowerShell. Good to have knowledge on Linux shell scripting. Good to have knowledge on Windows,PowerShell and Docker Containerization(Deploy docker images and manage services) Should have around 3-5 yrs of Experience.
