About the role
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging and effective user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
Validate designs using data, feedback, and usability insights
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with usability testing and research techniques
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)

Exposure to design systems and component libraries

Experience working on enterprise or large-scale digital products
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
