Software Engineer - Java+Unix - India

• Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Java, Springboot & rest services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Lead architectural design decisions and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.

• Mentor and guide junior software engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Engineering in IT/ software or a related field or any equivalent

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.

• Proficiency in Java, Spring boot

• knowledge in unix/Shell scripting is required.

• Experience with database management systems (Oracle/PL/SQL).

• Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

• Good hands-on on backend java development.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
