About the role
The Value You Deliver
Communication Analytics to provide end-to-end insight for all multi-channel communications sent via Martech owned products. The BI capability include:
Operational reporting/visualization across channels and BUs
Rationalize and port relevant reporting capability
Legacy Marketing communications App – Insights & reporting dashboards
Out of the box reporting capability
Ad hoc/Self Service capability
Export functionality of reporting data for further analysis by individual teams
The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical
Experience in Reporting tool like Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik
Hands-on experience in Database development , data analysis , building data pipelines , data wrangling and transformation using AWS Cloud technologies
Proficiency in building ETL pipelines, designing data warehouses or data marts
Highly proficient in cloud bases DBs such as Snowflake, AWS Aurora (Postgres)
Ability to write complex SQL logics.
Experience in managing varied data volume, completeness, latency, and data quality
Good to have technical skills:
Experience with DevOps or CI/CD Pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy, Stash etc.
Knowledge of Streaming technologies like Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis and other AWS services such as S3, SQS, SNS or equivalent publisher/subscriber services.
Behavioral
You will need to demonstrate the ability to recognize urgency of issues and take appropriate steps to mitigate risks.
You will need to be able to break down problems to plan and determine workable solutions

The Expertise We’re Looking For

3-4 years of IT experience
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)

Certifications – Any certification in snowflake, AWS

Location : Chennai

Shift timings : 11:00 am- 8:00pm
