Job Title: UI/UX Lead

Role Summary
The UI/UX Lead will own the overall user experience and visual design strategy across digital products. This role combines hands-on design , design leadership , and stakeholder collaboration to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products
Define and evolve design vision, principles, and standards
Own and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
Mentor and manage UI/UX designers
Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business teams
Drive UX research , usability testing, and design validation
Review designs for consistency, accessibility, and quality
Advocate for user-first thinking across the organization
Required Skills & Experience Design & UX
Strong expertise in UX research, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
Excellent UI design and visual craft
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Strong understanding of interaction design and usability principles
Design Systems & Accessibility
Experience building and scaling design systems
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Consistency in typography, color, spacing, and layout systems
Collaboration & Delivery
Experience working with Agile / product teams
Ability to collaborate with developers on design-to-dev handoff
Experience balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Leadership & Soft Skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Stakeholder management at senior levels
Strategic thinking with attention to detail
Ownership mindset and accountability
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or consumer-facing products
Exposure to UX metrics and experimentation (A/B testing)
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React basics)

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
