About the role
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Tester (Manual + Automation) for our SaaS product team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs, with expertise in both manual and automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end product quality across multi-tenant SaaS platforms, validating workflows, usability, integrations, data security, and release readiness. Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test casesPerform manual testing for web apps, mobile apps, and backend APIsExecute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and UAT testingBuild and maintain automation scripts for web applications using Selenium / Playwright / CypressPerform mobile automation testing using AppiumValidate REST APIs and GraphQL APIs using Postman / Rest AssuredPerform cross-browser and cross-device testingTest Android and iOS mobile applicationsValidate multi-tenant SaaS workflows, tenant isolation, subscriptions, user roles, and permissionsPerform database testing using SQLTrack defects using Jira / Azure DevOpsIntegrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)Support release testing, hotfix validation, and production sanityCollaborate closely with Product, Dev, and DevOps teams in Agile sprints Required Skills Strong experience in Manual + Automation TestingHands-on with Selenium / Playwright / CypressStrong Mobile App Testing experience (Android + iOS)Mobile automation using AppiumExperience in SaaS product testingGood understanding of multi-tenant architectureAPI testing using Postman / Rest AssuredSQL for backend validationCI/CD knowledge using Jenkins / GitHub ActionsAgile / Scrum methodologyStrong debugging and defect analysis skills Preferred Skills Experience in B2B SaaS productsSecurity testing for login, session, RBAC, and tenant data isolationPerformance testing using JMeter / k6Cloud testing exposure (AWS / Azure)BrowserStack / Sauce LabsExperience with release pipelines and production monitoring Skills: saas,testing,automation,multi-tenant,rest Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Tester (Manual + Automation) for our SaaS product team in Hyderabad.
