About the role
Job Description: SCM Developer (D365 F&O)-Technical Consultant We are seeking an experienced SCM Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly within Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in X++ development, customization, integrations, and support for enterprise ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, customize, and support solutions within D365 F&O SCM modules. • Develop and maintain X++ code, extensions, customizations, and integrations. • Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Customize SCM modules including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, production, and logistics. • Develop reports, workflows, batch jobs, data entities, and integrations. • Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization. • Support deployment activities, issue resolution, and production support. • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and extension-based development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum project environments. • Prepare technical design documents and maintain development documentation. Required Qualifications • 8-10 years of overall IT experience. • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) / Supply Chain Management (SCM). • At least 3+ years of strong X++ development experience. • Expertise in: o X++ customization and extensions o Data entities and integrations o Forms, reports, workflows, and SSRS reporting o D365 development tools and lifecycle services (LCS) • Strong understanding of SCM business processes and ERP architecture. • Experience with integrations using APIs, OData, or Azure services. • Good knowledge of development best practices and DevOps processes. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Power Platform integrations. • Knowledge of Finance modules is an added advantage. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred. • Experience working in large enterprise implementation projects. Education • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus Notice period : Immediate to 30-45 days ONLY Please note - There should not be Career Gap more than 6 months BGV(Background Verification) is mandatory PAYROLL- PI SQUARE TECHNOLOGIES (FULL TIME)
