ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)/GRC Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Consultant to design, implement, and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, platform configuration, workflow automation, integrations, and risk & compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions. Customize workflows, business rules, forms, and Flow Designer. Configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM). Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Troubleshoot issues and provide production support. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and development. Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST APIs. Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, and Audit processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. .
