Good written and verbal communication skill Supplier quality assurance Complaint management Root cause analysis Supplier audit Main Tasks and Responsibilities Profile Study and review drawings of sheet metal parts. Complete the feasibility in detail with supplier. Tooling development monitoring and reporting to stake holders. Ensure the CQC & process approval. Ensure on time availability of parts during the various vehicle build phase (Proto, Preseries, Avenseries, Pre-SOP & SOP). Initiatives for supplier up gradation, product quality improvements. To ensure first time and every time right new developments. Supplier Quality performance monitoring & improvement. Support for product quality improvement activities and to reduce defect rate of products Identify opportunities and work for improvement in product quality by working closely with cross functional team.
