As a high-ownership Product Manager at the company, you will be responsible for taking the credit product through the entire journey from idea to launch and beyond. Your role will involve deep involvement in various aspects such as flows, APIs, lender rules, and execution, collaborating closely with designers and engineers for fast shipping and improved conversion rates. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end journey of the Pice Credit product, including onboarding, eligibility, consent, KYC, offer generation, disbursal, and post-disbursal flows. - Take ownership of every screen, API dependency, failure case, and fallback journey. - Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, flow charts, and acceptance criteria for engineering clarity. - Drive features from conception to launch, focusing on edge cases, error handling, retries, and alternate journeys. - Collaborate with designers to create simple, trust-building, high-conversion credit journeys. - Work closely with engineers to address requirements, resolve blockers, and make necessary trade-offs. - Implement lender rules, eligibility logic, consent frameworks, KYC flows, and disbursal logic effectively. - Ensure compliance-ready journeys while maintaining a fast and frictionless user experience. - Monitor funnel metrics such as drop-offs, approval rates, disbursal percentages, and TAT. - Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to enhance conversion rates and revenue. - Utilize data, feedback, and operational insights to continually refine the product. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven product. - Strong execution mindset with a focus on timely delivery. - Proficiency in working with APIs, backend-driven flows, and system logic. - Ability to convert complex business inputs into clear and structured product requirements. - Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Additional Details: If you have prior experience in fintech, lending, payments, or credit products, exposure to KYC, bureau checks, loan journeys, NBFC integrations, experience with tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, WebEngage, or startup experience emphasizing speed, ownership, and ambiguity, it would be considered a big plus for this role.
