Please note: This is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Team members are expected to work from Gurugram office at least 3 days per week . Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Gurugram. Role Description The Learning Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for learning technologies, supporting the implementation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of learning solutions. This role partners with Learning & Development (L&D), HR, Technology, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective system operations, data integrity, compliance, and a seamless learner experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with L&D teams and business stakeholders to implement, maintain, and optimize learning solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and a seamless learner experience. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams. Establish and maintain learning technology governance through process documentation, quality reviews, system audits, and compliance monitoring. Serve as the subject matter expert for learning technologies, providing guidance, troubleshooting system-related challenges, and advising stakeholders, administrators, and end users on system capabilities, limitations, workarounds, and best practices. Manage learning platforms and learning operations, including system configuration, content administration, learner access, and vendor relationship management. Support learning technology enhancements and integrations by gathering requirements, coordinating testing and user acceptance activities, managing releases, and validating post-implementation outcomes. Develop and maintain operational reports, delivering data on learning engagement, certifications, learner feedback, system utilization trends, and other performance indicators. Qualifications Experience supporting learning technologies, LMS platforms, and authoring tools. Familiarity with Workday Learning, Adobe Learning Manager, Letter AI preferred. Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to work with large datasets. Experience supporting system integrations, implementations, and migrations, with a strong understanding of governance practices. Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently. Experience driving process improvements and implementing scalable solutions. Success Profile The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can act as a trusted advisor, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, drive system improvements, ensure operational excellence, and support the effective delivery of learning technology solutions. Must be able to work onsite in Gurugram at least 3 days per week . .
