Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

Pierian is seeking a hands-on Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to build and maintain Power Apps solutions and reusable platform components for a client engagement delivered from India. The engineer will own solution development end-to-end from Dataverse data modelling and Power Automate flows through to packaging, versioning and environment promotion under a governed ALM process. Responsibilities: Hands-on development of Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven) and reusable Power Platform solutions.Solution lifecycle management (ALM) packaging, versioning, environment promotion, and managed / unmanaged solution handling.Dataverse data modelling, security roles and business rules.Power Automate cloud flows and integration with Microsoft 365 Dataverse and third-party connectors.Solution design aligned to governance and reusability across multiple business functions. Requirements: Proven, certified hands-on Power Apps development across canvas and model-driven apps.Strong Dataverse modelling, security-role configuration and business-rule design.Power Automate cloud-flow build and integration experience with Microsoft 365 and external connectors.Desirable Skills: Solution-architecture exposure across multiple business functions.Experience with governance, DLP policies and reusability frameworks.Exposure to Azure services that complement the Power Platform. Certifications: Mandatory: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals); PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).Desirable: PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).
