Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer (Owner's Engineer) at Pinaka Green, your role is to ensure the successful execution of green hydrogen plants by overseeing project controls, EPC/PMC performance, contract and change management, procurement, FAT and inspection representation, construction oversight, commissioning and handover, document control, and project close-out. You will be the guardian of schedule, cost, and quality across all projects, representing Pinaka in critical meetings and escalating issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Review and challenge project schedule and CAPEX tracker maintained by EPC/PMC - Manage EPC/PMC performance and hold vendors to contractual commitments - Monitor contract and change order activity, ensuring validity and pricing reasonableness - Oversee procurement activities to align with project requirements and timeline - Attend FAT and inspections, ensuring compliance with Pinaka's standards - Conduct site visits to verify work execution and review punch list closures - Review commissioning plans and ensure safety standards are met before hydrogen introduction - Maintain document control and ensure completion of project close-out requirements Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of relevant engineering experience in the industrial/process/energy sector - Strong project controls expertise and experience managing EPC/PMC vendors - Familiarity with hydrogen projects and relevant statutory requirements - B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred In this role, you will work directly with the Founder & CEO, shaping the technical aspects of Pinaka's projects and gaining exposure to the full owner-side lifecycle.
