Role Purpose We're seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer whose primary focus would be to create elegant and customer-focused designs that provides a superior experience working in close collaboration with business, product, technology and design teams across locations. You will get the opportunity to own comprehensive end to end experiences, work across the Pine Labs online services and provide relevant presentations of expansive content and functionality. The job requires you to completely understand Indian merchants and their users and their usage behaviour and create new /modified experience to suit their needs. Responsibilities we entrust you with - Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs based on user feedback and business requirements. - Conduct user research (e.g., surveys, interviews, and usability testing) to gain insights into user needs and pain points. - Analyse user feedback to iterate on designs and ensure the final product meets user expectations. - Collaborate with the team to implement user-cantered design processes, ensuring designs are effective and user-friendly. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and team meetings to present and discuss design concepts. - Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that designs are contemporary and competitive. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms. - Follow best practices for .
