Security Enablement Officer

As a Security Enablement Officer at Pinkerton, your role involves monitoring and reporting on various security aspects to ensure the safety of clients. You will be responsible for activities such as managing security equipment, applications, alarms, local intelligence, and responding to security incidents. Collaboration with local security teams and Global Security Command Centre is crucial for effective communication and incident resolution. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Representing Pinkertons core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Supporting local events and resolving security incidents. - Identifying potential security threats and communicating them to the security team. - Coordinating with the Global Security Command Centre for incident information exchange. - Maintaining accurate logs and preparing incident reports. - Taking immediate action in serious events like fire or violence. - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for employee support. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate with good communication and writing skills or experienced professional with at least 2 years in a Security Operations Centre. - Relevant certifications/training in GSOC operations will be beneficial. - Good working knowledge of security technology applications. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Language proficiency in English and local language as per location. - Discipline, punctuality, honesty. - Ability to work under pressure, respond rapidly to situations, and work independently or as part of a team. The working conditions include regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting, frequent sitting, standing, walking, and travel as required.
