Test Engineer

Position: Testing and Validation Engineer Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Working Days: Monday- Friday Work Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM Experience Required: 1-3 years Client: Deep-Tech Hardware Startup Salary: upto 10 LPA About The Testing & Validation Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing structured test plans for electric motors and related systems across EV and industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute structured Design Verification Plans (DVP) and validation protocols for motors and controllers. Conduct performance, endurance, thermal, vibration, and environmental testing of products. Support homologation and certification processes, including documentation preparation and coordination with certifying agencies. Analyze test data and identify failure patterns to drive design improvements. Perform detailed failure analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Build structured test cases and reliability validation frameworks for new product development. Design and set up test rigs, fixtures, and instrumentation as required. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in product testing, validation, or reliability engineering. Strong understanding of motor performance testing and validation methodologies. Experience in homologation and certification processes preferred. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for on-site testing and customer support when required.
